We ask that only children play on tumbling equipment.

NO shoes allowed, only socks or barefoot.

NO food or drink on the tumbling mats.

I agree to allow my child(s) to participate in a Birthday Party at Inspire Dance Academy at my own risk. I certify that my child(s) has no physical condition that will impair their ability to engage in Birthday Party activities. I give Inspire Dance Academy permission to treat my child(s) in the case of any emergency. I, in consideration of my child's participation in a Birthday Party at Inspire Dance Academy, hereby release Inspire Dance Academy and all of its representatives, from any and all liability for damage to or loss of personal property, sickness, or injury from whatever source, which might occur while participating in activities or on the premises.
